Aquatic fitness, or water aerobics, classes are extremely popular due to the great health benefits the zero-impact exercise provides. Participants ages 15 and up can improve their cardiovascular fitness, muscular conditioning and flexibility. We offer a large variety of aquatic fitness classes including arthritis exercise, water walking, water aerobics, water volleyball, tai chi, and much more.
