For the member who needs extra motivation and/or additional accountability, or for the individual who wants to get the absolute maximum results from the time they spend in their workouts. Each session (which lasts about an hour) is done with a personal trainer who designs workouts on a daily basis, spots and corrects form, progresses your workout maximally and plans all other workouts for you, even when you are on your own (doing cardiovascular exercise, for example). This is the best way to train!

Fees per length of session: $45 / 1 hour, $210 / 5 1-hour sessions, $398 / 10 1-hour sessions

Appointments are individually scheduled and are for facility members only.
